Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Thailand)

We at Strayandcool provide domestic shipping using Flash Express. We ship out orders from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Orders with payments completed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the following day. **In the event that an order is paid after 12:00 PM on a Saturday, the product will be shipped on Monday because we are closed on Sundays.** During long weekends or public holidays, we will announce the shipping dates via Facebook & Instagram: Strayandcool.

Delivery times depend on the shipping company and the distance between the origin and the destination. If you notice any irregularities with your parcel or if the delivery does not arrive as scheduled, please take photos or gather evidence and report the issue to us immediately via Facebook & Instagram: Strayandcool.

Order Tracking

Once customers receive an order confirmation email, they will also receive a tracking number. Customers can check the delivery status directly through the link provided in the email.

International Shipping

We apologize that we currently cannot provide shipping coverage to many countries. However, the areas we can currently ship to are Singapore and Hong Kong.

For these international deliveries, we use Teleport Next day. We process these shipments on a weekly basis, sending products to the Teleport Next day warehouse every Sunday.
