Can I exchange the size?

We accept size exchanges for products within Thailand.

How to return products within Thailand:

1. Contact us through the provided communication channels.
2. Inform us of your request for a size exchange and specify the desired new size.
3. Please send the product back in perfect condition meeting the return conditions to the address below:

Conditions for Size Exchange (Domestic Orders Only):

Return Period:
Once your size exchange request is confirmed via email, you must send the product back according to the company's return address and conditions within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, based on the tracking status of the shipping company.
Note: The return period includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If you wish to exchange the size, it must fall under the following conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, with all brand tags intact.
- The product must have no defects not caused by the factory, no perfume scent, or be unwashed.
- The return must include the delivery order (D/O) document sent along with the returned product.
- The company reserves the right not to accept returns for defective items during sample sales.
- The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges for designs or patterns under any circumstances.

Are there any costs for returning products?
